the two things I really like about the picture is that the colors are awesome, and the composition is just excellent. I suggest that you make the picture smaller, as its harder to get a full grasp when the picture is so big.

Definately a strong composition! In the large version, I see a lot of noise in the lower part of the ferris wheel, and in the clouds (particularly the darker tones). If I could change one thing about this picture, I'd pull out the clone stamp and get rid of two of the buildings (near the left side of the frame, and directly to the right of the ferris wheel).

There is a free trial version of NoiseNinja that might be fun to experiment with if you have some spare time.
